LIST OF SHARED FACILITIES
El Paso Electric Company has no employee-staffed facilities shared by any of the transmission provider's transmission function employees and marketing function employees. In the future, EPE's North Stanton Building, located at 100 N. Stanton, El Paso, Texas 79901 (which currently houses marketing function employees) may be used to temporarily house transmission function employees during emergency conditions. As such, there is some potential going forward that the North Stanton Building may house both marketing function employees and transmission function employees. Any such sharing of the North Stanton Building would be temporary in nature.
