ROAD CLOSURE: El Paso Electric Contactor to Conduct Work Along Loop 375
Construction work part of TXDOT project
EL PASO, Texas – As part of an ongoing Texas Department of Transportation project, El Paso Electric (EPE) will need to safely run new transmission lines across Loop 375. This will require the closure of the left-inside lane, both east and westbound, along Loop 375 / Purple Heart Memorial Highway at Iron Medics Drive on the weekdays between Tuesday, January 19 through Friday, January 29 from 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The work will be conducted by EPE contractor, Summit Line Construction, and work will not disrupt any local electric service.
All traffic in each direction will be reduced to one-lane for less than one-mile as they approach the off/on ramp to Iron Medics Drive. The outside-right lane in both directions will remain open.
