Vice President, Power Marketing and Fuels
Steve Buraczyk, El Paso Electric’s Vice President of Power Marketing and Fuels, oversees the economic management and dispatch of EPE’s system as well as the El Paso Electric’s wholesale power and fuel transactions.
Buraczyk has been with El Paso Electric since 1993 and has served in various capacities, including Director of Power Marketing and Fuels, Manager of Power Marketing and Supervisor of Resource Management. Buraczyk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree, both from the University of Texas at El Paso. He is active in various community organizations and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Child Crisis Center of El Paso and the El Paso Classic Soccer League. He is also a youth soccer coach and has served as a team captain for the American Heart Association.
