Robert Clay Doyle

Vice President, New Mexico Affairs

As Vice President of New Mexico Affairs, Clay Doyle oversees the execution of state and local community relations and policy in El Paso Electric's New Mexico service territory.

Doyle has been with El Paso Electric since 1992 and has served in various capacities including Manager of the Corporate Projects Office, Project Manager of Corporate Transition to Competition, Supervisor of Distribution Dispatch, and Distribution Monitoring Engineer. Doyle holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering degree as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from New Mexico State University. He is a registered professional engineer in New Mexico.

Doyle serves as president of the Sun Country de Las Cruces Kiwanis Club. He is also a member of the Mesilla Valley Habitat for Humanity.and the New Mexico State University Aggie Athletic Fund. Doyle is an active participant with the Cub Scouts/Boy Scouts of America, Las Cruces Pack 273.
