| If a supplier wants to use one or more subcontractors, the supplier must obtain approval from EPE prior to any work performed. The supplier will develop subcontracts which are consistent with the primary contract with EPE. The supplier will control the work performance of, and be solely responsible for, any of its subcontractors. To obtain a copy of the current contracts package, please call a contracts administrator of the Supply Chain Management Department. |
