Corporate Secretary
As Corporate Secretary to the El Paso Electric Board of Directors, Guillermo Silva serves as a focal point for communication with the board of directors, senior managment and EPE's shareholders.
Silva has also served as EPE's Vice President of Information Services, Corporate Secretary, Assistant Corporate Secretary and Manager of Corporate Services. He earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Finance from U. T. El Paso. Silva is a member of the American Society of Corporate Secretaries and the Association of Records Managers and Administrators. He is active in community organizations including the Advisory Board of the Assistance League of El Paso, and has served on the Audit Committee of United Way, the American Heart Association where he was a Captain Fund Raiser, and the Northeast Civic Association. Silva has been employed at El Paso Electric for 29 years.
