El Paso Electric Offices and Authorized Payment Agents


Authorized Payment Agent Stations
El Paso Electric customers who like to pay their bills in person can do so closer to home. El Paso Electric offers its customers more than 60 authorized payment agencies where they can process current, delinquent and final bill payments, security deposits and all associated service charges. These independently-owned authorized payment agents charge a convenience fee that is not collected by El Paso Electric.

Payments made to unauthorized payment agencies are made at the risk of the customer. El Paso Electric cannot accept responsibility for the failure of such unauthorized payment agencies to render a customer's payment to EPE.

These locations charge a $1.50 convenience fee that is not collected by El Paso Electric.

For your convenience, 24-hour drop boxes are located at El Paso Electric offices in Fabens, Van Horn, Las Cruces, Hatch, and Anthony. You may also start/stop service, pay your bill or direct any inquiry and obtain information at the these locations.
