El Paso Electric celebrated the opening of its new customer service office in Downtown El Paso today with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony.  The new customer service office, located at the corner of Kansas and Myrtle streets in the Stanton Tower Building, will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

At the new Downtown El Paso office, customers who prefer in-person service will be able to:

  • make their El Paso Electric payments;
  • start and stop service;
  • make payment arrangements; and
  • obtain information about their bills and electric service.

El Paso Electric’s downtown office will also feature an ATM, a payment drop box, a computer terminal that will feature EPE’s online payment options, and a renewable energy kiosk.

“Providing high quality customer service is a priority for El Paso Electric and we’re pleased to be able to meet the needs of all our customers – from those who prefer online payments and mobile apps to those who would rather have in-person service,” said Kerry Lore, Vice President of Customer Care at El Paso Electric. “With the opening of this office, we’re proud to support downtown development efforts.”
