El Paso Electric (EPE) will be undergoing a phone system upgrade from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2017. As a result, EPE’s phone service will be periodically unavailable between these times.
If customers experience an outage during these times, they are encouraged to report them through the MyEPE Outage Reporting App, which will give customers updates on the status of the outage and will notify them when power has been safely restored. Access to customer web services will not be affected during the upgrade.
