EPE MobilePay App Currently Unavailable

El Paso Electric’s mobile payment application, MobilePay, is operated by TIO Networks. PayPal issued the statement below regarding the temporary suspension of TIO Networks’ payment services. El Paso Electric (EPE) is not aware of any EPE customers’ electric services impacted because of this issue.
