El Paso Electric (EPE, por sus siglas en inglés) es más sociable, especialmente ahora que ha anunciado oficialmente su inicio en las plataformas de las redes sociales para educar y compartir con sus consumidores todos los esfuerzos que EPE está realizando para cumplir con las crecientes necesidades energéticas de su comunidad.

EPE comprende el rol que desempeñan las redes sociales para comunicar información rápidamente en inglés y español, así sea durante extremas condiciones climáticas y emergencias, al igual que para educar a nuestra comunidad sobre su portafolio de energía solar y los efectivos costos de nuevas tecnologías que EPE ofrece.

This site is not intended to serve as a forum for specific customer service issues, to report outages and/or any other emergencies. EPE maintains the right to delete posts... or comments that contain vulgar or abusive language; pornography; personal attacks of any kind; offensive terms that target specific ethnic or racial groups or incite violence. We will delete comments that are spam, are clearly “off topic” or that promote services or products. Comments that make unsupported accusations will be taken out of the discussion. This site is monitored Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We ask you remain “on topic” and post comments relevant to EPE in general. EPE does review comments and a comment, video or photo may be deleted if it contains:
•Hate speech,
•Profanity, implied profanity, obscenity or vulgarity,
•Sexually oriented content or links,
•Libelous or Defamatory comments,
•Name calling and/or personal attacks,
•Comments for which the main purpose is to sell a product or service,
•Comments that infringe on copyrights or trademark protected material,
•Spam comments, such as the same comment posted repeatedly on a profile,
•Links to commercial websites, and
•Other comments that the EPE Social Media team deems inappropriate.

All links posted as comments on EPE posts will be reviewed and may be deleted. Repeated violations of the EPE comment policy may cause the user to be blocked from the EPE Facebook page. Social media sites are monitored Monday –Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
