Emergencies and economic uncertainty often make it harder for people to tend to their daily necessities — housing, food, medical care and supplies, and utility services. At El Paso Electric (EPE), we believe our role in the communities we serve extends beyond providing energy solutions. To help our community power through challenging times, we established Project Care.

Project Care is a customer assistance program where every donation received is matched dollar-for-dollar by EPE. The program is overseen by El Paso County General Assistance in El Paso and the Salvation Army in New Mexico.

To participate in the program, you can pledge by:

  • Mailing a check to P.O. Box 650801, Dallas, TX 75265
  • Completing the form located on your electric bill and sending it with your payment
