El Paso Electric e-bill

A secure way to view, print and pay your bill online anytime.

EPE MobilePay

El Paso Electric customers can pay their electric bills using their iPhone, iPad, and Android smartphones with bank checking account, as well as Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards. Payments are posted the same day the payment is made. A convenience fee of $1.95 per transaction is charged by TIO Networks Corp, an authorized payment processing partner.

Pay your bill almost instantly using a credit card, ATM/debit card or electronic check.

EPE Offices and Authorized Payment Agents

El Paso Electric customers who prefer to pay their bills in person can do so closer to home. El Paso Electric offers its customers more than 100 authorized payment agencies where they can process current, delinquent and final bill payments, security deposits and all associated service charges.

24-Hour Self-Serve Payment Kiosk

El Paso Electric customers can pay their bills with cash, 24-hours-a-day, at self-serve automated ZapLink kiosks in select supermarkets and convenience stores throughout El Paso and Las Cruces. These kiosks allow you to securely and conveniently access your personal account information in either English or Spanish, and to make payments. A convenience fee of $2 per transaction is charged by Tio Networks Corp., which operates the ZapLInk kiosks.

Bank Draft

With your authorization, EPE can draft your bill amount each month for automatic payment. EPE will debit your financial institution account and a copy of your bill will be sent to you for your records. The draft will occur on the bill due date.


Budget Billing Plan

The Budget Billing Plan allows you to pay your electric bill with a scheduled amount each month. Your payment amount is calculated by taking your estimated yearly consumption and dividing it by 12. To be eligible for the Budget Billing Plan, you must have satisfactory credit history.
