On June 3, 2019, El Paso Electric Company (EPE) announced the execution of a Merger Agreement with Infrastructure Investments Fund, an investment vehicle advised by J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc. (“IIF”).  Pursuant to the Merger Agreement, EPE will merge into and become a wholly owned subsidiary of IIF. 

IIF entities own the following public utilities in the United States that may employ or retain marketing function employees:
