Looking for a fast and convenient way to pay your El Paso Electric Bill? El Paso Electric customers can pay their bills using their iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, and Android smartphones with e-check/bank ACH as well as Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards. Payments post the same day they are made.  A convenience fee of $1.95 per transaction is charged by TIO Networks Corp, an authorized payment processing partner of El Paso Electric.
