By enrolling in this rate program, you will pay lower rates during times when demand for electricity is lower and a higher rate when demand for electricity is higher. This rate is attached to demand during a specific time-of-day or time-of-year. The more you shift electricity use away from on-peak hours to off-peak hours, the more you can save.
