The Macho Springs –Springerville 345 kV rebuild project is approximately fifty (50) miles in total length and will be constructed in three (3) phases. The insulator replacement project is approximately seventy-eight (78) miles. This gives the project a total of one-hundred-twenty-eight (128) miles.  TRC has been retained by The El Paso Electric Company (EPE) to assist with project management, construction management, land services and environmental services.  Summit Line Construction was awarded the project in May 2023 for the construction of the rebuild project.
