ROAD CLOSURE: El Paso Electric Infrastructure Upgrade Project in New Mexico
EL PASO, Texas - El Paso Electric (EPE) will be making improvements to its electrical infrastructure -extending a powerline in New Mexico on May 4, 2023. These improvements will ensure reliability in electrical services to the area. Road closures are expected in the segment of Interstate 10 between the Ohara Bridge and Vado Bridge.
The work will consist of day activity on Thursday, May 4 from 10 AM-1 PM.
The New Mexico state police will assist with the road closure and allow access for those who live or work adjacent to the work areas. EPE encourages all commuters to be aware of construction zones in the area and safely follow all temporary traffic control.
