NOTE: The time of restoration for a power outage can vary depending on the cause and location of the outage. If there are scattered outages reported due to inclement weather or any other major event, ETRs will not be available.

At times, the dots on the Outage Map indicating an outage may remain on the map after power has been restored because EPE is still verifying that power has been restored to all customers in the area. 

EPE’s Outage Map is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to see if an outage has been reported in your area. The Outage Map now features an Estimated Time of Restoration, or ETR, to offer you an approximate time for when your power will be restored. If needed, the ETR will be updated throughout the restoration process. Simply hover over one of the dots representing a power outage to view a pop-up window with more information.
