Eastwind to Rattlesnake 115 kV Transmission Line Project

The Project involves the construction of a new 115 kV transmission line in El Paso County, Texas. The Project will connect the Eastwind Substation and Rattlesnake Substation, both located in the southeast quadrant of El Paso County, Texas. 

The proposed transmission line is required to maintain the reliability of the transmission system in the area.

El Paso Electric Company (EPE) has filed an application with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) to amend its Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) in order to construct this project under Docket No. 59899.
