EL PASO, Texas—The City of El Paso and El Paso Electric with support from various community partners are excited to announce that El Paso was awarded $15 million from the USDOT FHWA Charging and Fueling Infrastructure (CFI) grant to design and install a total of 74 EV charging ports at publicly accessible locations, including multi-family dwellings, retail businesses and community centers.

SAN DIEGO and EL PASO, Texas (September 25, 2023) – EDF Renewables North America today announced the execution of a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with El Paso Electric (EPE). The PPA covers the output from the 150 MWac Milagro Solar and the 75 MW / 300 MWh Milagro Storage Project, which are slated for commercial operation in 2025.
