El Paso Electric CEO Joins Borderplex Alliance Executive Committee

Welcome Kelly A. Tomblin

EL PASO, Texas (November 12, 2020) — The Borderplex Alliance today announced Kelly A. Tomblin will serve on its executive committee. Ms. Tomblin is the new chief executive officer of El Paso Electric and a global business leader.
