El Paso Electric Launches New Website, Bill Payment App for Enhanced Customer Experience

El Paso, Texas – Whether you need to pay your bill, find simple ways to save on energy or would like to contact El Paso Electric (EPE), the Company’s newly launched website and ‘Bill2Pay’ app empower customers with clean, simple and powerful platforms.

New features include the “EPE Move Center” that allows new customers to request service activation and existing customers to easily start, stop or transfer their services online. Information on EPE, ways to cut down on energy costs, and how to manage your bill are all easily accessible and were created with customers in mind.

On par with the launch of EPE’s new website is the unveiling of the ‘Bill2Pay’ app that allows EPE customers to pay their electric bill with any Apple or Android mobile device.

The ‘Bill2Pay’ app can be downloaded from the Apple and Google Play store for free. Once installed, EPE customers will simply have to search “El Paso Electric” from the list of utilities and begin their payment process by following the prompts.
