Overnight Closures on I-10 in Downtown EP to Continue Aug 20-23
EL PASO, Texas — In order to allow El Paso Electric (EPE) crews to safely place electrical cables through the newly repaired utility bridge, consecutive overnight closures will be required. Commuters can expect the following I-10 eastbound and westbound closures in downtown El Paso on the following dates and times:
- Monday, August 20, 2018 – 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- Tuesday, August 21, 2018 – 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- Wednesday, August 22, 2018 – 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- Thursday, August 23, 2018 – 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Intermittent lane closures on Wyoming Ave, N. Stanton and E. Yandell will continue through the end of August. Final repairs of the manholes located on Wyoming and E. Yandell (next to the Howdy’s Food Mart) will continue through September.
Commuters are asked to follow all detour signs.
