What do I do if a CFL breaks?

Due to the small amount of mercury a CFL contains, we recommend you take some simple precautions when cleaning up a broken CFL. Visit the Environmental Protection Agency for up-to-date instructions on how to properly dispose of a broken CFL.

How and where can I recycle my LED Light Bulbs?

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) suggests that CFL light bulbs be recycled when they are no longer in use. When the CFL is no longer in use, replace it with a new LED Light Bulb. Locally, CFL light bulbs can be recycled for free at various participating retailers, recycling or solid waste centers. To find out where to take old light bulbs you can visit Earth911.com for more information.
