Mr. Scherer is a Vice President in the Infrastructure Investments Group at J.P. Morgan where he has responsibilities for sourcing, executing, and managing investments in utility, power, and other infrastructure businesses. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2016, Mr. Scherer worked at KeyBanc Capital Markets in the Utilities, Power & Renewable Energy investment banking group. In that role, he was responsible for origination, structuring, and execution of advisory assignments and project financings for conventional and renewable power projects throughout North America. Mr. Scherer graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, and a specialization in Finance. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
