Large Customer Self-Directed Alternatives

The Self-Direct program is available to El Paso Electric Large Customers, defined as those customers that have electricity consumption of greater than seven thousand (7000) MWhs per year. A large customer shall receive approval for a credit for and equal to the incremental expenditures that customer has made at its facilities.
