Program Overview
Strategic Energy Management (SEM) helps your organization take control of energy use across your entire facility.
Unlike traditional upgrades that focus on equipment, SEM focuses on how your building operates. Through expert guidance, training, and data analysis, your team learns how to identify and implement energy-saving improvements that deliver ongoing results.
The program is offered at no cost to eligible SCORE Plus participants.
SEM is delivered through a cohort-based model over approximately one year.
Participants:
• Attend workshops focused on energy awareness and operations
• Complete site-specific assessments and action plans
• Implement operational and behavioral improvements
• Track results using energy performance data
Your organization is supported every step of the way with coaching, tools, and structured milestones.
Organizations participating in SEM may:
• Reduce energy use across their facility
• Improve operational efficiency and comfort
• Save up to 500,000 kWh annually
• Earn up to $15,000 in incentives
ELIGIBILITY
SEM is available to New Mexico SCORE Plus customers with qualifying commercial or industrial facilities.
