El Paso Electric recognized as finalist for “Utility Brand of the Year” at CHARGE North America 2026
EL PASO, Texas (March 5, 2026) — El Paso Electric Company (EPE) was recognized as a finalist for Utility Brand of the Year at the CHARGE Awards North America, presented during the CHARGE North America Conference in San Antonio, Texas (February 26–27, 2026).
As part of the finalist recognition, CHARGE Awards judges highlighted EPE’s commitment to serving a diverse customer base, specifically noting the company’s thoughtful bilingual communications and culturally relevant messaging, reflecting an understanding of the communities EPE serves and a focus on accessibility and inclusive engagement.
