We are here to help customers through financial impacts the COVID-19 pandemic may incur. We are suspending service disconnections until further notice. While payments are still required, we will be working with customers on a case-by-case basis to establish any needed payment arrangements. With your authorization, El Paso Electric can draft your bill amount each month for automatic payment. EPE will debit your financial institution account, and a copy of your bill will be sent to you for your records. The draft will occur on the bill due date.
